Sony has announced that five notable titles will be leaving the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog in July. Players who want to give these games a try should act fast, as they’ll be removed around July 15, according to the “Last chance to play” section on the PlayStation Store.

The Games Leaving PS PLUS in July 2025

  • Dying Light 2 Stay Human

  • Remnant 2

  • Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII – Reunion

  • Job Simulator

  • Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong

This batch includes a mix of genres—from high-octane zombie survival and soulslike action to a beloved Final Fantasy spin-off and quirky VR simulation—so there’s something for just about everyone to check out before they disappear.

Dying Light 2 Stay Human

A first-person action RPG set in a post-apocalyptic open world overrun by zombies. You play as Aiden Caldwell, navigating a city with parkour mechanics, making choices that shape the story and factions. Combat blends melee weapons and stealth, with a day-night cycle affecting zombie behavior.

Remnant 2

A third-person shooter RPG with soulslike elements, set in a procedurally generated multiverse. Players battle grotesque creatures across diverse worlds, using guns, melee, and class-based abilities. It supports solo or co-op play (up to three players), with deep build customization and randomized loot. Released in 2023, it’s praised for its challenging combat and replayability.

Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII – Reunion

A remastered action RPG, originally a 2007 PSP title, set in the Final Fantasy VII universe. You control Zack Fair, a SOLDIER operative, in a prequel to FFVII. Features real-time combat with a slot-machine-like DMW system for special moves, alongside a linear story with emotional depth. Released in 2022, it updates graphics and gameplay.

Job Simulator

A comedic VR game set in a futuristic world where robots mimic human jobs. Players take on quirky roles like office worker, chef, or mechanic, interacting with objects in a sandbox environment. Designed for accessibility, it’s lighthearted and immersive, with exaggerated tasks poking fun at work culture. Released in 2016, it’s a VR classic.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong

A narrative-driven RPG set in the World of Darkness universe. You control three vampires from different clans in Boston, solving mysteries through dialogue, investigation, and supernatural abilities. Choices impact the branching story, with a focus on political intrigue and character development. Released in 2022, it’s slower-paced, appealing to story-focused players.
