Datamine Suggests GTA Online Mansions Will Arrive in December Update

GTA Online players may soon get the chance to own luxury mansions.
According to well-known dataminer Lucas7yoshi, Rockstar is preparing a mansion-themed update that will introduce three teaser missions. These missions don’t have a confirmed release date yet, but they’re expected to arrive ahead of the full update, possibly in December, which has traditionally been the window for major GTA Online expansions.
Completing these missions will reportedly unlock a discount on mansion purchases. Considering how expensive properties and vehicles already are in GTA Online, players are bracing themselves for these new homes to carry a hefty price tag. Any discount, no matter how small, could make a big difference for your in-game bank account.
The leaks also suggest that Rockstar will add two construction sites to the map as teasers for the upcoming mansions. These sites are said to be located in West Vinewood near Madrazo’s mansion and East Vinewood overlooking the Vinewood Bowl.
Another interesting detail is the introduction of a new character named Valentina, who is rumored to act as a real estate agent tied to a company called Prix Luxury Real Estate. This character could play a central role in helping players purchase their dream homes. Dataminers have even uncovered voice lines and audio clips linked to these missions, further supporting the leaks.
While none of this has been officially confirmed by Rockstar, the evidence piling up in the game files makes it hard to ignore. As per reports by Rockstar Intel, this could even be one of the final major DLCs for GTA Online before the focus shifts entirely to GTA 6.
