This closing chapter will send players deep into the haunting halls of Sedletz Monastery to investigate a mysterious disease spreading among its inhabitants.

In Mysteria Ecclesiae, you once again step into the boots of Henry, who now serves as an assistant to Sigismund Albicus, a renowned healer with direct ties to King Wenceslas. The duo embarks on a secret mission within the monastery, only to find themselves trapped in a deadly web of lies, hidden agendas, and an unsettling plague. What starts as a routine assignment quickly spirals into a gripping mystery that challenges both faith and loyalty.

The DLC doesn’t just add story depth; it introduces a new explorable area in Sedletz Monastery filled with factions, each guarding their own motives. As you progress, new chambers, relics, and clues gradually unlock, allowing you to uncover the truth behind the monastery’s corruption. Players can also expect fresh gear, including a new outfit, weapon, books, and potions that enhance Henry’s abilities and survival tactics.

If you’re planning to grab it, Mysteria Ecclesiae will be available as a standalone DLC for £11.49 / $13.99, or as part of the Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Expansion Pass priced at $29.99 USD, which bundles all three story DLCs plus some bonus content.

Those who already own the KCD 2 Gold Edition ($79.99) of the game will get access to this new expansion at no additional cost.
