Tyler “Ninja” Blevins has now become the first streamer in Fortnite history to receive a full set of mythic weapons.

The announcement dropped today, as part of Fortnite’s ongoing expansion of its popular Blitz Royale mode.

First, players will get a fresh black-and-gold variant of Ninja’s Icon Series skin. Later, they will have access to five custom mythic weapons inspired by Ninja’s iconic persona.

This Icon Series skin will go live on July 29 at 8 p.m. ET and will be free for those who already own his original outfit.

Meanwhile, these mythic items are Blitz Royale exclusive and will go live on August 2 at 4 p.m. ET.

Here’s the full list of Ninja’s mythic weapons coming to Blitz Royale:

  • Trash Launcher – Fires Junk Rifts.

  • Get Good Shotgun – Delivers heavy damage on the final shell.

  • Blue Goo Gun – Slows down players caught in the blast.

  • More Movement Bomb – A nod to Ninja’s stream catchphrase, dealing area damage.

  • Viper Assault Rifle – Applies poison damage over time.

Those who are unfamiliar with Blitz Royale, it is the lightning-fast version of Battle Royale that emphasizes five-minute matches and weekly event rotations.

As per our earlier reports, Blitz Royale will continue to receive major updates through 2027, and this Ninja collaboration seems to be a major centerpiece for that roadmap.

The timing of this release is also significant. Ninja’s relationship with Fortnite has seen its share of highs and lows. He stepped back from the game earlier this year due to burnout, stream sniping, and general community toxicity. After briefly switching over to Marvel Rivals, he publicly quit Fortnite in June 2025. But not long after, he began campaigning for the title of Blitz Lord, and now, with mythics in his name, Epic has responded loud and clear.

While several Icon Series creators have received style upgrades, Ninja was notably left waiting. With this rollout, Fortnite acknowledges his foundational role in its rise to cultural dominance, giving him more than just a skin — it’s gameplay power.
