Now, let’s dive into some major highlights:

Resident Evil Requiem arrives on Nintendo Switch 2 on February 27, 2026, bringing a chilling new chapter to Capcom’s legendary survival horror franchise. Players step into the roles of FBI analyst Grace Ashcroft and series veteran Leon S. Kennedy, with their stories intertwining across multiple perspectives. The game introduces flexible gameplay, allowing players to switch between first- and third-person views, while special editions include themed controllers and amiibo figures. This marks one of the most ambitious Resident Evil entries yet on a Nintendo platform.

Hollow Knight – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition launched the same day as the showcase, offering fans an immediate upgrade to the beloved indie classic. Existing Switch owners can upgrade for free.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is slated for release on June 3, 2026, marking the second chapter in Square Enix’s ambitious remake series. The first chapter, FFVII Remake Intergrade, hit consoles just last month. Digital preorders are now available across all platforms, including Xbox Series X|S.

The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales launches on June 18, 2026, and introduces a brand-new HD-2D action RPG from the team behind Octopath Traveler. Players follow Elliot and his fairy companion Faie across four ages of history, wielding seven weapon types and experimenting with customizable upgrades. With its blend of exploration, combat, and heartfelt storytelling, this title stands out as one of the showcase’s most exciting new IPs.

PRAGMATA, Capcom’s futuristic sci-fi adventure, arrives on April 24, 2026. The game follows spacefarer Hugh Williams and android Diana as they escape a lunar research station and fight their way back to Earth. Diana’s hacking abilities complement Hugh’s arsenal of firearms, creating a unique dual-character dynamic. With amiibo integration and a demo available immediately, PRAGMATA positions itself as one of the boldest new experiences on Switch 2.

Digimon Story: Time Stranger releases on July 10, 2026, for both Switch and Switch 2, offering fans a massive roster of over 450 Digimon with non-linear evolution paths. The game blends strategic turn-based combat with a dual-world narrative, as players fight to save both the human and Digital Worlds from collapse.

WWE 2K26 steps into the ring on March 13, 2026, boasting the largest roster in franchise history with over 400 playable Superstars and Legends. Expanded modes like Universe and MyFACTION give wrestling fans more control than ever, while Switch 2 optimization ensures smoother performance.

Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition finally brings Bethesda’s acclaimed RPG to Nintendo platforms, launching digitally on February 24, 2026, and physically on April 28. This edition includes all six DLC expansions and over 150 Creation Club items, offering a complete package for newcomers and veterans alike. With enhanced visuals and performance on Switch 2, Fallout 4’s arrival is a landmark moment for Nintendo’s partnership with Bethesda.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle swings onto Switch 2 on May 12, 2026, delivering a cinematic adventure set in 1937 between Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade. Players wield Indy’s iconic whip and intellect across global locations, from Marshall College to sunken temples in Thailand. Developed by MachineGames, this marks Indiana Jones’ first major Nintendo outing.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered rounds out the showcase with a 2026 release window. This modernized version of the 2006 Game of the Year rebuilds Cyrodiil with enhanced visuals, improved gameplay, and all major expansions included.
