Playboi Carti Skin Arrives in Fortnite: Release Date, Price, and Bundle Details

Fortnite is gearing up for another major crossover as Playboi Carti joins the game’s Icon Series lineup.
Known for hits like Magnolia, Sky, and EVIL J0RDAN, the rapper will soon be available as a playable skin, continuing Epic Games’ tradition of bringing real-world stars into the Fortnite universe.
Over the years, Fortnite has collaborated with a wide range of creators and artists, from Clix and Kai Cenat to Sabrina Carpenter, Lady Gaga, and even Metallica. The addition of Playboi Carti shows Epic isn’t slowing down, especially with a brand-new chapter underway.
Release Date and Timing
The Playboi Carti skin is scheduled to arrive in the Item Shop on December 11, 2025, coinciding with the rollout of the v39.10 update. As per Fortnite’s usual schedule, the skin will likely go live around 7 PM ET, when the shop resets.
This date is shaping up to be one of the busiest of the season, with the LEGO Ninjago collaboration and the return of Fortnite OG Chapter 1 Season 7 also dropping the same day.
How to Get the Skin
Players can purchase the Playboi Carti skin directly from the Item Shop once the update is live. According to dataminers, the skin is expected to cost 1,500 V-Bucks individually, or 2,500 V-Bucks for the full bundle. The teaser suggests multiple styles will be available (a jersey-style, signature dreadlocks, and dark mask versions), giving fans some customization options.
Additional Cosmetics
Alongside the skin, Epic is introducing an EVIL J0RDAN Jam Track priced at 500 V-Bucks. While the full cosmetic set hasn’t been officially confirmed, past Icon Series releases typically include extras such as:
