PS Plus Essential June 2026 Games Announced – Here’s the Full List

PlayStation Plus June 2026 Monthly Games Revealed: Grounded, Darktide, and More Coming to Subscribers

PS Plus June 2026 monthly games revealed. Grounded, Darktide, Destiny 2 Legacy Collection.

Sony has confirmed the full lineup of PlayStation Plus games coming in June 2026.

The three monthly games heading to PlayStation Plus in June are Grounded: Fully Yoked Edition, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, and Warhammer 40,000: Darktide.

All three new titles will be available from June 2 and can be added to your library until July 6, after which they will be replaced by the next batch of games.

As a bonus, EA Sports FC 26 is also sticking around a little longer from last month's lineup, with its deadline extended to June 16. That extension is not a coincidence either, as it lines up with the start of the FIFA World Cup.

A Quick Look at the Games

Grounded: Fully Yoked Edition, developed by Obsidian Entertainment and published by Xbox Game Studios, is arguably the most exciting pick of the bunch. The game shrinks you down to ant size and throws you into a backyard survival world full of oversized insects, crafting, base-building, and co-op mayhem for up to four players. The Fully Yoked Edition, which launched in April 2024, brought the game to PlayStation for the first time alongside new content, bosses, and a New Game Plus mode. It has been received very positively, sitting at around an 83 on Metacritic and a 92% Very Positive rating on Steam.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 is a 2D platform fighter in the vein of Super Smash Bros., featuring a roster of beloved Nickelodeon characters including SpongeBob, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Avatar characters. It improves significantly on the original game and includes a story campaign, arcade mode, and online multiplayer with rollback netcode. It scores around 70 to 78 on Metacritic and has earned a Very Positive rating on Steam.

Then there is Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, the standout title for fans of cooperative action games. Developed and published by Fatshark, Darktide is a four-player co-op first-person shooter set deep in the grimdark universe of Warhammer 40,000. It struggled at launch on PC back in 2022, but has since been patched into a much stronger experience through consistent updates. The PS5 version launched in December 2024, and the game continues to receive meaningful content drops. In fact, June 23 will bring the new Skitarii class from the Adeptus Mechanicus faction, making the PS Plus timing particularly well chosen.

What Is Coming to the Game Catalog?

According to Sony's PlayStation Blog, one Game Catalog title has been confirmed for June so far: Destiny 2: Legacy Collection (2025), which includes The Final Shape expansion. This will be available to Extra and Premium subscribers from June 9. Sony has said that additional Game Catalog titles will be announced later in June.

It is worth noting that this announcement comes shortly after Bungie confirmed that the last major update for Destiny 2 would arrive on June 9, effectively marking the end of an era that started with the original game's launch back in 2014.

What Exclusive In-Game Content Is Included?

As part of the ongoing Days of Play event, which runs from May 27 to June 10, PlayStation Plus subscribers also get access to a set of exclusive in-game content packs:

  • EA Sports FC 26 Icons Player Pack: includes a Gold Starting XI Pack and 3 Iconic Player Picks

  • War of Tanks: HEAT PlayStation Plus Pack: available from May 26, includes the Agent Skin (Kent): Wave Rider, Vehicle Skin (XM1 90): Royal Blue, and 250,000 in-game credits

  • Marathon Null Tempest Digital Bundle: available from June 2, includes the Null Tempest Vandal Runner shell style, Null Tempest Overrun AR weapon style, Tempest Factor profile background, and the TEMPESTworm WEAVEworm Weapon Charm

Did PlayStation Plus Prices Go Up?

This June lineup arrives on the heels of Sony's recent subscription price increases, which took effect in May 2026. The new prices for new customers are as follows:

1-Month Plans:

  • Essential: $10.99 (up from $9.99)

  • Extra: $16.99 (up from $14.99)

  • Premium: $19.99 (up from $17.99)

3-Month Plans:

  • Essential: $27.99 (up from $24.99)

  • Extra: $43.99 (up from $39.99)

  • Premium: $54.99 (up from $49.99)

As per Sony's announcement, these changes only apply to new customers or those whose subscriptions lapse or change. Current subscribers are not affected, except in Turkey and India. The 12-month subscription option also remains unchanged, which suggests Sony may be nudging users toward longer-term commitment at the higher tiers.

Subscribers should also note that the May monthly lineup, which includes Wuchang: Fallen Feathers and Nine Sols, is available to add to your library until June 2. After that, the new June titles take over.
