Season 7 of THE FINALS is now live, bringing a wide range of updates including a brand-new map, fresh gadgets, legacy battle pass content, and a host of gameplay balance changes.
Here's a complete breakdown of everything new in Season 7 of THE FINALS.
New Map: NOZOMI/CITADEL
The season’s theme centers on a digital clash between VAIIYA, a cybersecurity force working to protect the gameshow, and CNS, a persistent hacking collective that has once again infiltrated the arena.
This narrative plays out most prominently on the new NOZOMI/CITADEL map, which is heavily inspired by Tokyo’s neon-lit streets.
One half of the map showcases VAIIYA's clean and modern architecture, while the CNS side is gritty, overgrown, and filled with rebellious energy. The visual contrast helps reinforce the underlying conflict and gives players a dynamic battleground to explore.
Three New Gadgets
Though there are no new weapons this season, players have access to three new gadgets, offering both tactical utility and versatility across classes:
H+ Infuser (Light): Heal teammates by shooting them.
Breach Drill (Medium): Drills through walls, blinds enemies, and detonates for damage.
Healing Emitter (Heavy): A Throwable device that heals nearby teammates over time.
Legacy Battle Passes Return
Missed out on previous rewards? Season 7 introduces Legacy Battle Passes, letting players purchase and progress through battle passes from Seasons 1–4.
Each pass costs 1,150 Multibucks (unless you owned them originally).
Season 5 will return in Season 8.
Season 6 comes back in Season 9.
