GamingCon Bharat 2025: India’s Own Gamescom Arrives in Mumbai This November, Dates, Venue, and What to Expect

India is set to host its own version of Gamescom later this year.

Titled "GamingCon Bharat 2025," the event will be organised by the Indian Game Publishers and Developers Association (IGPDA), the country’s only video games–focused industry body.

It will take place at the NESCO Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, from November 29–30, 2025.

Text on a black background reads "GAMINGCON BHARAT, India's Biggest Gaming Fest". Includes IGDPA logo. Mood is energetic and tech-focused.

Presented in partnership with IDEX Events, GamingCon Bharat 2025 is being positioned as the largest and most influential gaming event ever held in India.

Organisers expect over 10,000 attendees, 100+ exhibitors, and eight fan zones and stages across the two-day festival. If you’re a gamer, developer, or even just curious about the industry, this is shaping up to be the one event you won’t want to miss.

The event is designed to celebrate "every aspect of gaming culture." Fans can look forward to Developer Showcase, highlighting India’s most innovative studios and original creations like Mukti, Age of Bhaarat, Unleash the Avatar, World Cricket Championship, WWE Mayhem, and Ludo King.

Then there are epic esports tournaments featuring homegrown titles like FAU-G: Domination and Indus Battle Royale, alongside hits such as BGMI and Valorant.

Add to that a cosplay grand finale, a board game arena, and a massive expo zone featuring tech and lifestyle brands.

Running alongside the fan-focused activities will be the IGPDA India Gaming Conference, a business summit aimed at developers, publishers, investors, and policymakers. Sessions will cover topics such as building global IPs, AI in game development, cloud gaming, and the future of interactive entertainment.

With India recently introducing the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, the conference will also provide a rare platform for direct dialogue between the gaming industry and government officials.
