Microsoft has confirmed the Xbox Game Pass lineup for the first half of February 2026.

The lineup begins with Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, which became available on February 3. This spin-off from the beloved Like a Dragon series stars fan-favorite Goro Majima in a wild adventure that blends pirate battles with over-the-top beat ’em up action. The game takes players across the seas in search of treasure while delivering chaotic combat sequences that fans of the franchise have come to expect.
Alongside it, Final Fantasy II also joined the service, offering a classic RPG experience for those who enjoy revisiting the roots of the genre.
On February 5, sports fans were treated to Madden NFL 26, the latest entry in EA’s long-running football simulation. The game has been praised for refining its physics and franchise management systems, making it one of the stronger installments in recent years.
That same day, younger audiences and families gained access to Paw Patrol Rescue Wheels: Championship, a colorful racing and rescue adventure featuring the popular pups. While reviews have been mixed, the title has been well received by children and parents who appreciate its faithful adaptation of the animated series.
February 10 brought Relooted, a South African indie project from Nyamakop. This game tells an Africanfuturist heist story centered on reclaiming artifacts from Western museums. With its sidescrolling parkour mechanics and crew-based missions, it offers a refreshing narrative that stands out in the indie scene.
Just two days later, February 12 delivered a trio of new additions. BlazBlue Entropy Effect X arrived as a roguelite spin-off of the popular fighting series, combining fast-paced combat with procedural runs. Roadside Research, still in Game Preview, introduced players to a comedic co-op simulator where aliens disguise themselves as humans running a gas station.
Alongside these, Starsand Island entered early access, offering a cozy farming and life simulation experience set on a tropical island.
The following day, February 13, was particularly notable with the arrival of High on Life 2. Developed by Squanch Games, the sequel continues the absurd adventures of bounty hunters armed with talking weapons. The first game gained a cult following for its humor and bizarre storytelling, and the sequel promises even more chaotic fun.
Sharing the spotlight was Kingdom Come: Deliverance, the acclaimed historical RPG set in medieval Bohemia. Known for its realism and lack of fantasy elements, the game immerses players in a tale of revenge and survival during a civil war. The game was also nominated for GOTY at The Game Awards 2025.
The lineup concludes on February 17 with two major releases. Ubisoft’s Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora brings players back to the lush world of Pandora, offering open-world exploration, ikran flight, and combat against the RDA forces. While initial reviews were mixed, updates have improved the experience, and fans of the films have embraced its immersive qualities.
Joining it is Obsidian Entertainment’s Avowed, a first-person RPG set in the Pillars of Eternity universe. With branching narratives, companion interactions, and a richly built world, it has been praised for its strong writing and depth.
